How do I add cities?
Tap the + button and search by city or country, then tap a result. Whenmo includes every distinct time zone on Earth.
How do I move all the clocks together?
In Cards view, drag any card's hour or minute up (later) or down (earlier) — every city moves in sync. In Timeline view, drag the cursor left/right to scrub.
What does the green band mean?
"Timeline in Sync" (green) marks the hours when all your cities are within their working hours. It reflects working-hour overlap, not their actual calendars.
How do I set my working hours or home city?
Tap the gear icon → Settings. You can set the home city, working-hours start/end, and 12/24-hour clock.
How do I schedule a meeting?
Find the time, tap the calendar icon, pick a date and duration, then Add to calendar, Share an invite (.ics), or open it in Google Calendar. Times are sent as a fixed moment, so everyone's calendar shows the correct local time.
Does Whenmo work offline?
Yes. Everything runs on your device. The only time anything leaves the app is when you choose to share an invite or open Google Calendar.
